1 pk White or yellow cake mix
1 pk Jell-o Pistachio Instant
Pudding and Pie Filing
3 Eggs
1 c Club soda
1 c Oil
1/2 c Nuts, chopped
1 1/2 c Milk, cold
1 pk Dream Whip Whipped Topping
Mix
1 pk Jell-o Pistachio Flavor
Instant Pudding
Blend all ingredients in large mixer bowl, then b3eat 2 minutes at
midium speed. Bake in greased floured 10″ Bundt pan or 2 9″ round
cake pans at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool 15 minutes; remove from
pan and cool on rack. Split into 3 layers, if using the Bundt pan.
Spread about 1 cup or more frosting between layers, spoon rest into
center. Chill. Garnish with chopped nuts or “decors”. Frosting: Blend
milk with Dream Whip Whipped Topping Mix and Pistachio Instant
Pudding. Whip until thickened; about 5 minutes.
