Ingrients & Directions
2 Eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 ts Ginger
1 Can sweetened cond. milk 1 ts Cinnamon
1 Can pumpkin 1/2 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Cloves 1 Unbaked pie shell
1/2 ts Salt
Mix all ingredients in order given. Pour into unbaked shell. Bake
in hot oven 425 degrees for 15 min. then reduce to 350 degrees and
bake until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
Note: The quickest pumpkin pie recipe I know of and the texture is
always creamy.
