Chocolate Malt Shoppe Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 c Chocolate cookie crumbs 3 tb Instant chocolate malted
1/4 c Butter or margarine — Milk powder
Melted 3 tb Marshmallow creme topping
1 pt Vanilla ice cream — 1 c Whipping cream
Softened Additional whipped cream
1/2 c Crushed malted milk balls Additional malted milk
2 tb Milk — divided Balls

Combine crumbs and butter. Press into a 9-in. pie pan. Freeze while
preparing filling. In a mixing bowl, blend the ice cream, crushed
malted milk balls and 1 tablespoon milk. Spoon into crust. Freeze for
1 hour. Meanwhile, blend malted milk powder, marshmallow creme and
remaining milk. Stir in whipping cream; whip until soft peaks form.
Spread over ice crearn layer. Freeze several hours or overnight.
Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and malted milk balls.
