Ingrients & Directions
1 c Sugar 1 tb Vinegar
3 tb All-purpose flour 1 1/2 c Cold water
1 c Raisins Pastry for 8-inch
1 tb Butter or margarine Double-crust pie
In a saucepan, combine sugar and flour. Add all remaining ingredients
except crust; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until
thickened. Pour into a prepared shell. Cut several slits in top crust
and position over filling. Seal. Bake at 400 deg. for about 45
minutes or until golden. Yield: 6 servings
