2 pk Instant vanilla pudding mix oz Thawed
3 3/8 oz Ea 1/2 c Flaked coconut
2 3/4 c Cold milk 1 Graham
1 ts Coconut extract Toasted coconut
1 ct Frozen whipped topping — 8 Cracker crust — 9 inches
In a large mixing bowl, beat pudding mixes, milk and coconut extract
on low speed until combined. Beat on high for 2 minutes. Fold in
whipped topping and coconut. Pour into the crust. Sprinkle with
toasted coconut. Chill until serving time. Refrigerate leftovers.
