1 pt Vanilla ice cream — 2 c Whipped topping
Softened 1 cn Mandarin oranges — drained
1 ea Graham cracker pie crust, 9 11 Oz
Inch 2 tb Coconut — toasted
1 pt Orange sherbet — softened
Spread ice cream into the crust; spread sherbert over ice cream.
Freeze for at least 3 hours. top with whipped topping. Cover and
freeze. Thirty min. before serving, remove pie from the freezer;
arrange on top sprinkle with coconut. Yield 6-8 servings.
