Oklahoma Pecan Pie

Ingrients & Directions


3 Eggs — lightly beaten 1 ts Vanilla
1 c Sugar 1 c Pecan Halves Or Pieces
1 c Light Corn Syrup 1 9 Inch Pie Shell — unbaked
1 tb Butter — melted

Beat eggs, add sugar, corn syrup, and butter and mix together until
well blended. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Pour mixture into pie shell
and bake in a preheated 350 F oven for 45 to 55 mins or until a knife
inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool well
on wire rack. Serve plain or with whipped cream. Makes 6 to 8 slices.
