Golden Pecan Pie – Sl 11/81

Ingrients & Directions


3/4 c Sugar 1 ts Vanilla extract
1 tb All-purpose flour 2 tb Margarine; softened
1 pn Salt 1 c Pecan halves
3 ea Eggs; well beaten 1 ea Unbaked 9″ pastry shell
1 c Light corn syrup

Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, syrup,
vanilla, and margarine; beat with electric mixer until blended. Stir
in pecans. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350F for 55 to 60
minutes. Yield: one 9″ pie.
