Strawberry-raspberry Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 ea Double pie shell 3/4 c Sugar
1 lb Strawberries frozen ( sweet) 2 tb Tapioca
2 c Rhubarb cut into small chunk

place ingredients in sauce pan, cook over low heat until tapioca is
transparent. spoon with a slotted spoon into pie shell. use left
over sauce as syrup or whatever for pancakes.
Place top crust on pie, cut slits into top crust, crimp edges.

425 for 40-50 minutes
