Rhubarb Pie With Oatmeal Topping

Ingrients & Directions


4 c Diced rhubarb Crumb topping:
1 1/2 c Sugar 1/4 c Oatmeal
2 Eggs, beaten 1/2 c Sugar
4 tb Flour 2 tb Flour
Mix and put in unbaked pie 1 tb Margarine
Shell. Sprinkle with

Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce to 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
