1 1/2 c Flour
1 c Water
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa
2 tb White vinegar
1 ts Baking soda
2 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Salt
Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in an 8 or 9 inch square
microwave baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl and stir into
flour mixture. Microwave on High 6-7 minutes (until the cake tests
done), rotating 1/4 turn twice. Cool for 10 minutes, then place on
wire rack.
