French Pancakes

Ingrients & Directions


3/4 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Baking powder
2 tb Powdered sugar (optional)
2 Eggs
1/3 c Water
2/3 c Milk
1/2 ts Vanilla

Mix dry ingredients, beat the eggs and add the liquid ingredients.
Make a well in dry ingredients and add the liquids, combine with
little mixing and ignore any lumps, they will take care of themselves.
