Chocolate Pudding Cake

Ingrients & Directions


2 oz unsweetened chocolate 1/2 ts salt
1 c sugar 1/2 ts vanilla
1 1/4 c flour 1 1/4 c water
1/4 c salad oil 1 pk (4 oz) Choco pudding mix
3/4 ts baking soda

Melt unsweetened chocolate. In a medium bowl, beat together chocolate,
sugar, flour, oil, baking soda, salt, vanilla and water. Beat 2 minutes.
Add instant pudding mix and beat only until well blended. Pour into
lightly oiled 7 x 12-inch baking dish, and bake at 350 degrees for about
30-35 minutes. Let cool and frost, if desired. Serves 8
