Floy Belle Bowen’s Rhubarb Pie

Ingrients & Directions


3 c Rhubarb, diced 3 tb Flour
1 1/2 c Sugar Pinch salt
1 Egg, slightly beaten Pastry for 2 pie crust pie

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix together all ingredients and place
in pastry shell. Score top crust and place over Rhubarb mixture;
flute edges. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees, then 1 hour at 350
degrees.
