Poppy Seed Cake

Ingrients & Directions


1 Yellow cake mix 1/2 c Vegetable oil
4 Serving size box of lemon 1/3 c Poppy seeds
-instant pudding mix 1/2 c Sherry
4 lg Eggs Icing sugar
1 c Light plain yogurt

Mix all ingredients except for icing sugar. Pour batter into greased
and floured bundt pan. Bake for 60-65 minutes at 350F, or until
tested clean. Invert onto platter, cool, and sprinkle with icing
sugar.

This is an excellent cake for parties or picnics, as it is moist,
cuts well and doesn’t need icing.
