Rice Cakes

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Cooked rice (warm) 1 ts Baking powder
3 ea Eggs. seperated 1 c Flour
1 c Milk 1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Sugar 1 tb Margarine, melted

Beat egg yolks and add to warm rice and beat. Add all other
ingredients and mix together. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Drop
from spoon onto a griddle and brown on both sides. Serve with syrup
(Maple is best). Makes about 10 cakes.
