Graham Cracker Cake

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Sugar 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1/2 c Firmly packed brown sugar 1 ts Baking powder
5 tb Margarine, softened 1/2 ts Baking soda
3 Egg whites 1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla 1 c Nonfat buttermilk
1 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs Vegetable cooking spray

Cream the sugars and margarine with a mixer on medium till light
and fluffy. Add the egg whites and vanilla: beat well. Combine the
next 5 ingredients: stir well. With the mixer on low, add to the
creamed mixture alternately with the buttermilk, beginning and ending
with dry ingredients.
Spray a 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray. Spoon the
batter into the pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until a toothpick
inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes in the
pan before attempting to remove or cut it.
