Ingrients & Directions
1 c Cottage cheese
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
2 tb Potato flour
1/4 c Rice flour
1/4 ts Baking powder
1 tb Melted butter
Mix together the cottage cheese, eggs, flours, baking powder, and
butter. Fry on a hot, oiled griddle. Serve with apple sauce.
