3 1/2 c Flour — sifted
1/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Cinnamon — (optional)
1/4 ts Nutmeg — (optional)
1/8 ts Powdered cloves —

1/2 ts Ginger — (optional)
4 Eggs
3/4 c Sugar
4 tb Salad oil
2 c Dark honey
1/2 c Brewed coffee
1 1/2 c Nuts, walnuts or almonds
Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves
