Coconut Pound Cake

Ingrients & Directions


3 Sticks of margarine
3 c Flour
1/4 ts Baking powder
5 Eggs
3 c Sugar
1 c Milk
1 c Coconut
1 ts Vanilla

Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add 1 egg at a time. Add
vanilla, flour and milk alternately, beginning and ending with flour.
Bake in a 350 degree oven in a tube pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
