Chocolate Walnut Cake

Ingrients & Directions


CAKE
1 pk 18 oz chocolate cake mix
1/2 c Coarsely chopped walnuts

FROSTING
1 cn 14 oz SWEETENED condensed
Milk
2 One oz squares unsweetened
Chocolate
ds Salt
1 tb Water
1/2 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Coarsely chopped walnuts

Prepare cake mix as package directs, adding the 1/2 cup nuts. Bake
according to package directions for 13 x 9 pan.

Cool thoroughly.

For frosting -In heavy saucepan, over low heat, combine sweetened
condensed milk, chocolate and salt. Cook and stir until chocolate
melts and mixtures thickens, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir in water and vanilla. Cool. Spread on the cake and garnish with
the remaining 1/2 cup of nuts.
