Almond Poundcake

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Butter, softened 1 ts Vanilla
1 c Margarine, softened 1 ts Almond extract
3 c Sugar 1/2 ts Baking powder
5 Eggs, beaten 1 c Milk
3 c Flour

Cream butter, sugar and margarine, then add beaten eggs. Sift flour
and baking powder. Add flour mixture and milk alternately to the egg
mixture. Add flavorings. Pour batter into a greased and floured
bundt cake pan. Place pan in cold oven and turn on to 325 degrees.
Bake 1 1/2 hours. Randy Rigg
