1 pk Chocolate cake mix 1/3 c Brandy
1/2 c Whipping cream 1/2 oz Baking chocolate — melted
1/2 c Hot water 3 Eggs
3 tb Instant coffee
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend cake mix, whipping cream, coffee dissolved in water, brandy,
melted chocolate, and eggs in a large mixer bowl, then beat 2 minutes
at medium speed.
Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until center springs back when lightly
touched.
