Turkey Shortcakes

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 lb Process cheese 1 1/2 ts Minced onion, instant
2 tb Chicken broth or milk Salt
2 c Cubed cooked turkey *or* Pepper
15 oz Canned boned turkey (opt.)

Place cheese and broth in double broiler. Cook over boiling water
until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally to blend. Add remaining
ingredients, seasoning to taste.

Serve over hot toast, hot biscuits or corn bread.
