Pumpkin Tea Cake

Ingrients & Directions


3 c Sugar 1 ts Soda
1 c Oil 1/2 ts Baking powder
3 Eggs 1 ts Cloves
2 c Pumpkin 1 ts Nutmeg
3 c Flour 1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt

Blend sugar and oil. Beat eggs. Add eggs, then pumpkin. Beat well.
Sift all dry ingredients together. Gradually add to mixture. Beat at
medium speed. Line bottom of 9 inch tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 15
minutes at 350 degrees. Can substitute 1 cup of applesauce for 1 cup
of pumpkin.
