Ingrients & Directions
3 c Salmon
2 c Soft bread crumbs
2 Well beaten eggs.
1 tb Chopped onion
1 tb Chopped parsley
2 tb Butter
Salt & pepper to taste
2 ts Baking powder
Mix thoroughly. Chill. Shape and fry in deep fat. 365 F.
