1 pk Yellow cake mix 1 cn Fruit coctail (16 oz.)
2 1/3 c Coconut 2 ea Eggs
1/2 c Firmly packed brn. sugar 1/2 c Butter or oleo
1/2 c Evaporated milk 1/2 c Granulated sugar
Combine cake mix, fruit cocktail with syrup, 1 cup coconut and
eggs in lge. mixer bowl. Blend, then beat at med. speed for 2 min.
Pour into prepared 13 x 9 x 2 sheet cake pan. Sprinkle with brn.
sugar. Bake at 325 F. for 45 min. or until cake springs back when
lightly touched. Bring butter, granulated sugar and milk to boil in
saucepan. Boil 2 min. Remove from heat, stir in remaining coconut.
Spoon over hot cake in pan.
