Caramel Nut Pudding Cake

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Quick mix 1/2 c Chopped nuts
1/2 c Brown sugar 1/2 c Milk
1/2 c Raisins, if desired

-BROWN SUGAR TOPPING-
1 c Brown sugar 2 c Boiling water
1 T Butter or margarine

Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease an 8″ square pan. In a medium
bowl, combine quick mix, brown sugar, raisins and nuts. Mix well.
Add milk and blend well. Pour into prepared pan. In small bowl,
combine brown sugar, butter or margarine and boiling water. Gently
pour over top of cake mixture without stirring. Bake 30 to 40
minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes before serving. Serve warm with ice
cream or whipped topping.
