1/3 c Key Lime juice (you can
Buy it in a bottle)
3 Egg yolks, beaten
1 1/2 ts 151 proof rum
1 9-inch graham cracker
Crust
1/2 ts Cream whipped with 2
Tablespoons confectioner’s
Sugar and 1
Zest of 6 Key Limes (grated
Peel)
Dash of orange bitters
1 tb Rum
