Spinach Cheese Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 9 inch pie shell
1 pk (10 oz) frozen spinach
3 tb Butter
1 tb Flour
1/2 c Heavy cream
1 c Grated Monterey Jack OR
Mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper

Bake the pie shell. Cook the spinach and drain it. Preheat oven to 350
degrees.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Gradually
stir in flour. When it thickens, stir in cream. Add 1/2 cup of cheese
and stir until it is melted. Fold in spinach, salt and pepper. Pour
into pie shell. Sprinkle the top with the remaining cheese.
