1 1/4 c Sugar
3/4 c Golden Crisco
2 Eggs
1 3/4 c Flour
1/2 c LF cocoa
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Milk
1 pk Chipits mint chocolate chips
FROSTING
2 c Icing sugar
2 tb Butter; softened
2 tb Milk
1 ds Green food colouring
1. Beat sugar with Crisco and eggs until light. Blend in all remaining
ingredients except chips. Blend 2 mins more or until smooth and creamy.
Blend in 1 cups chips.
2. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 375F for 15-20 mins until
tester comes clean. Cool.
3. For frosting. Combine sugar, butter and milk and blend well. Add food
colouring to desired colour. Ice cooled cupcakes and sprinkle remaining
chips overtop.
