2 c Flour
2 c Sugar
2 Sticks butter
3 tb Cocoa
1 c Coca-Cola
1/2 c Buttermilk
1 ts Soda
2 Eggs; beaten
1 ts Vanilla
1 1/2 c Miniature marshmallows
-ICING-
1 Stick butter
3 tb Cocoa
6 tb Coca-cola
3/4 Box (1-lb) confectioners
-sugar
1 c Finely chopped nuts
CAKE: Heat butter, cocoa and cola to boil. Pour over flour and sugar. Add
eggs and butter-milk with baking soda in it. Add vanilla and marshmallows.
Pour in greased 9×13-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes — test middle
with toothpick. (This batter does not look like cake mix!) ICING: Bring
butter, cocoa and cola to boil. Pour over confectioner’s sugar and add
nuts; cream well. Ice cake as soon as it’s taken out of oven.
