Coconut Cake

Ingrients & Directions


3 c Flour
3 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Butter
4 Egg whites
1 1/2 c Sugar; white
1 c Coconut
1 c Water
1 ts Lemon flavoring

Cream butter and sugar. Add cocoanut, flour, sifted with baking powder and
salt, alternately with water. Fold in whites last. Note: Bake in moderate
350 F. oven.
