Ingrients & Directions


2 c GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS Maintain oven temperature at
1/4 c SUGAR -325-degrees.
6 tb BUTTER FILLING
Preheat oven to 325-degrees. 2 1/2 lb CREAM CHEESE, room
Combine crumbs and sugar in -temperature
-pan. Stir in butter. Press 1 2/3 c SUGAR
-into 5 EGGS, room temperature
Bottom and 1″ up sides of 1 c BAILEY’S IRISH CREAM
-pan. 1 tb VANILLA
Bake 7 minutes. 1 c CHOCOLATE CHIPS
