Foaming Icing For Cotton Cake

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Brown sugar
2 tb Corn syrup
4 tb Water
1 Egg white

Put brown sugar, corn syrup, water and egg white in double boiler. Beat
until mixture is firm. Spread on cake with flat knife. Decorate with
marashino cherries to taste.
