Fruit Cocktail Cake

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Flour
2 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 c Granulated sugar
1 ts Black walnut flavoring
2 Eggs
1 cn (15-1/4 oz.) fruit cocktail
-with syrup
1/4 c Packed brown sugar
1/2 c Chopped black walnuts

In a mixing bowl combine flour, baking soda and granulated sugar. Add
flavoring, eggs and fruit cocktail beating at medium speed 1-1/2 minutes.
Pour into well greased 9″x13″ baking dish.

In a small bowl combine brown sugar and walnuts. Sprinkle over top of
batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm garnished with
whipped topping, ice cream or frozen yogurt if desired.
