Fruit Cocktail Cake #3

Ingrients & Directions


–CAKE–
1/2 c Sugar
2 c Flour
1 cn (17-oz) fruit cocktail
2 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla

-ICING-
1 Stick butter
1 c Sugar
1 cn (small) pet evaporated milk
1 c Coconut
1 c Nuts (optional)

Mix sugar and eggs. Add flour and juice from fruit. Mix well. Add fruit and
vanilla. Pour into pans, bake at 350 until golden brown.

Boil butter, sugar, and Pet milk from icing section about 10 minutes. Add
the coconut and optional nuts to this and top cake.
