Honey Carrot Cake

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Oil
4 Eggs
1 1/2 c Honey
1 ts Vanilla
3 c Grated carrots
1/2 c Chopped pecans or walnuts

Here are some carrot recipes i have gathered from the net lately. Enjoy!
Mix first 5 ingredients together. Add oil and mix thoroughly. Add eggs,
one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Add honey and
vanilla and mix thoroughly. Blend in carrots and pecans. Pour into greased
9×13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
