Lady Finger Cake

Ingrients & Directions


2 pk Lady fingers
8 oz Cool Whip
8 oz Cream cheese
1 c Powdered sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1 cn Cherry or your favorite pie
-filling

(Cream) cream cheese, add Cool Whip, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix all
ingredients until smooth and creamy. (If it is stiff, then add a little
milk so you can spread over lady fingers.) Line 9×12 oblong pan with 1 pkg.
of lady fingers. Spread 1/2 of cheese and Cool Whip mixture over them. Then
place second pkg. of lady fingers on top, then spread remaining cheese and
Cool Whip. Top with your favorite pie filling. Place in refrigerator for
several hours.
