Nut Cake

Ingrients & Directions


8 Egg yolks
20 tb Ground nuts
8 tb Sugar
Juice of 1 orange+some
Grated — lemon zest
Raisins
1 Full tsp.
Dry yeast

Mix all ingredients. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and add them carefully
to the mixture. Bake as any cake in a floured, oily pan.
