Spanish Cake

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Butter or margarine
1 c Sugar
2 Egg yolks
1/2 c Milk
1 3/4 c Flour
3 ts Baking powder
2 Egg whites
1 ts Cinnamon

Nina Chapman Lesher

This cake resembles a smooth sponge cake, made memorable by the prominent
flavor of cinnamon.

Mix the ingredients together in the order given. Bake in shallow tins and
spread caramel frosting between and on top.
