2 1/4 c Flour
2 c Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Butter or margarine;
-softened
1 ct Spiced apple yogurt
3 Eggs
Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend at low speed. Beat 3 min.
at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour batter into well greased
and floured 12- cup, 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 60-65 min.
or until top of cake springs back when lightly touched. Coot cake 15 min.
before removing from pan. GLAZE: Combine 1 cup confectioners’ sugar, 2
Tbsp. milk and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Beat until smooth. Drizzle glaze over cake,
then sprinkle with chopped pecans.
