1/2 c 1% low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 c Skim milk
1/4 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
8 Frozen unsweetened whole
-strawberries
1 ts Toasted wheat germ
Place cottage cheese, skim milk, sugar, vanilla and frozen strawberries in
a blender; process 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into glasses, and
sprinkle with wheat germ. Serve immediately.
