2 c Flour
1 ts Baking Powder
1 ts Baking Soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Chocolate Chips
1/2 c Butter — soft
1 c Sugar
3 Eggs
1 c Sour Cream
TOPPING:
1 tb Flour
1/2 c Brown Sugar
2 tb Soft Butter
1/2 c Chopped Nuts
1/2 c Chocolate Chips
Mix all dry ingridients together; cream butter and sugar and eggs until
nice and creamy. Alternate flour and sour cream. Beat well! Fold in chips.
Pour into 13×9 inch greased pan.Mix ingriedients for topping until it is
soft streusels. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degress F for 45-50
minutes.Cool and cut into 24 two inch squares.
