Vanilla Walnut Coffee Cake

Ingrients & Directions


2/3 c Milk
2 tb Butter
3 tb Honey
1 1/2 ts Yeast
2 c Bread flour
3/4 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
1 Whole eggs
1 Egg yolk
2 tb Brown sugar
1/2 c Walnuts; chopped

Adjust flour for your machine. 1 1/2 – 2 cups bread flour.

Scald the milk. Stir in the honey and butter. Lett cool to room temp. Add
the milk mixture and all remeaining ingredients except the brown sugar and
walnuts in the order suggested by your machines. At the beeper or end of
the first kneading cycle, add the brown sugar and walnuts. Eat warm or
cool.
