Cream Cheese Icing For Carrot Cake

Ingrients & Directions


8 oz Cream cheese; softened
1/4 lb Butter; softened
1 lb Powdered sugar
1 ts Vanilla extract

With the butter and cream cheese at room temperature, mix everything
together well (This is the kind of thing food processors are made for) and
apply to your carrot cake.
