Ingrients & Directions
1 pk Lemon cake mix
1 pk Instant lemon pudding (sm)
1/3 c Crisco oil
1 c Water
4 x Eggs
1/2 ts Almond extract
4 tb Poppyseeds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease and flour pan. Blend all
ingredients in large bowl; beat at medium speed 2-3 minutes, or until well
blended.
Pour into pan and bake 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cake comes
out clean.
