Maryland Crab Cakes

Ingrients & Directions


1 lb Crab meat
1 ts Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 ts Salt
1 tb Mayonnaise
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 tb Chopped parsley
1 tb Baking powder
1 Egg; beaten
2 sl Bread with crust removed

break bread into small pieces and moisten with milk. Mix ingredients, shape
into cakes. Fry quickly til brown.
