24 VANILLA WAFER COOKIES
2 pk CREAM CHEESE (8OZ); SOFTENED
3/4 c SUGAR
2 EGGS
1 tb LEMON JUICE
1 ts VANILLA
1 cn Comstock pie filling;
-20-21oz

LINE CUPCAKE PANS WITH LINERS. PLACE A VANILLA WAFER IN BOTTOM OF EACH
LINER IN SMALL BOWL BEAT CREAM CHEESE, SUGAR, EGGS, LEMON JUICE AND VANILLA
UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY. FILL THE LINERS 2/3 FULL WITH CHEESE MIXTURE. BAKE
IN PREHEATED 375 OVEN FOR 15-20 MINS ORUNTIL SET. TOP EACH WITH SPOONFUL
OF FILLING. CHILL. SERVES 24
