Pancakes

Ingrients & Directions


1 3/4 c Milk
2 Eggs
2 c Flour
2 T.baking powder
3 tb Sugar; ( I often add more)
Oil for frying

Beat milk and eggs together. Add dry ingredients and mix well.Fry in
lightly greased pan until light brown on both sides. Note:I use 2 frying
pans and make large pancakes-1 per pan and then serve the kids either 1/2s
or 1 whole one. Yield:Around 6 large pancakes.
